Oreo White Chocolate Pudding Peppermint Cookies Recipe

Soft white chocolate pudding cookies with holiday Oreos, white chocolate chips, and candy cane pieces! Everyone loves these festive cookies!

yield: 3 DOZEN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (3.4 oz) package white chocolate instant pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups chopped Oreos (I used holiday Oreos)
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed candy canes

DIRECTIONS:
