White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino Cupcakes

Ingredients: 

For the Cupcakes: 

• 1 white cake mix 
• 3 eggs 
• 1/3 cup oil 
• 1 cup hot water 
• 1/4 cup International Delight Mocha Latte drink mix 

For the White Chocolate Frosting: 

• 6 oz. white baking chocolate (chopped up) 
• 1/4 cup heavy cream 
• 1 cup butter, softened 
• 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar 
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
