1: 16 oz jar of dill pickle slices, drained and pat dry with paper towels
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 quart canola oil, for frying
Thermometer, frying
Spider strainer, for frying
