Ingredients
For the Cupcakes:
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup of unsalted butter,melted
2 egg whites
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1⅔ cups all purpose flour
¼ cup yogurt( I used Greek)
¾ cup milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
For the Strawberry filling:
2 cups of fresh strawberries,finely chopped
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp of corn starch
1 Tbsp of orange juice or Water
Whipped Cream:
1-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
3 Tbsp confectioner sugar
