Ingredients
Crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon zest
3/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 heaping TBSP lemon zest
Topping:
2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 TBSP lemon zest + 1 TBSP sugar, optional
