3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup (2 sticks) SALTED butter, softened

1 1/4 cup granulated sugar

3 egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granulated sugar, for rolling
