Ingredients

8ct Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits

½ lb Seasoned/Cooked ground beef

1 Cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray (I used a small 8×6″ pan but you can use a larger pan to fit all 8 biscuits)
Open your can of biscuits, carefully separate each one in half, and line the pan with the bottom half of each biscuit.
Evenly spread your warm ground beef over top of the biscuits.
