INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chicken stock
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 oz. chopped spinach (stems removed if desired)
9 oz. refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
