Slow Cooker Parmesan Garlic Herb Chicken Recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 Tablespoons butter
2 pounds bone in chicken thighs, can also use boneless thighs or boneless chicken breasts\
2 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oregano, finely chopped
⅓ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
freshly grated parmesan cheese for serving
garnish with fresh parsley
